Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

You can download an empty child theme here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#why-child-theme. After you have installed and activated it, then please go to Enfold->Import/Export and import the settings from your parent theme.

Thanks for the login details. The problem goes away when the parent theme is active, so the problem is coming from your child theme. Could you try removing all your customisations, then add them back one by one, to see which customisation is causing this problem please?

Great, I’m glad that we could help. This likely happened since we have restructured some layout elements on the backend, and we still have some elements left to update. So if this or a similar problem should happen again, then please try to toggle the file compression options, and save. That should regenerate the theme CSS files.

You would need custom CSS for that, you could use the page id class which can be found in the body tag for example. If you need further help, then please try to explain your intentions a bit further and link to the site in question.

Are you seeing that under Appearance->Themes? If so then it’s likely just a folder in your themes folder which should not be there. You can navigate to the themes folder via FTP and delete it there.
