Thanks for the screenshot. There are no settings in the theme to create that by default unfortunately, so you would need custom CSS. We need to be able to inspect the actual elements on your site in order to give you accurate CSS, so if you need further help, then please post the actual site where you have started creating the site in question.

Thanks for the update. The update is likely not showing up because you have changed the name of the parent theme. Please try changing the name back to Enfold, or try simply installing it through the Envato Markets plugin.

Thanks for the login details. I see that you are overriding header.php in your child theme, please try copying the content of the parent theme file, then add you customisations back in after that to see if that helps.

Thanks for that. I’m not sure why, but I’m getting different results now when I checked your site. It wasn’t displaying correctly still though, but I’ve added this CSS to Quick CSS:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.responsive #top #wrap_all .slide-entry {
    width: 100%;
    margin-left: 0;
}
}

And it works as it should after that, please see screenshot in private. Please check and verify on your actual device, and try to use a private or incognito window when you do.

Please check your settings under Enfold->Performance->Disabling of template builder elements, try setting that option to always load all elements.
