    Hi, I have just renewed the support to get an additional 6 months from my Envato Market account.
    The problem is this:
    after the latest wordpress updates, the site shows serious incompatibilities with the Gutemberg plugin, making it unusable. The Enfold theme, despite having a correct and verified personal Token, does not indicate the possibility of being updated despite being only at version 4.5.

    If I open the page from the backend, I see all the code and the Avia editor at the end of the page.
    I can edit only some text in the block, and if I do this from the frontend I see blocks moved in other places.

    Now, I need ti update the content of the website eugenioallegri.it as soon as possible.

    I installed Envato Market Plugin and tried validating your Personal Token and I am seeing these errors – https://imgur.com/a/OyLj3o4.
    Could you please try generating a new one and only check the listed tokens here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5?

    I’ve just updated the token as you told me, following the bullet list of the second image.

    Hi Fabrizio,

    Thanks for the update. The update is likely not showing up because you have changed the name of the parent theme. Please try changing the name back to Enfold, or try simply installing it through the Envato Markets plugin.

    Hi Rikard,

    please, can you tell me the correct procedure to change the name?
    I tried to rename the folder, but the site goes down and I am forced to restore the initial name.
    Furthermore, through the envato market plugin I can’t update it.

    Hi,

    Please try changing it in the style.css file. I’m not sure if you have changed the folder name too, but if you need to change that, then please activate a different theme first, then rename the folder and activate Enfold after that.
