    Hi,
    I have clone a page in customer web site and after edit the cloned page, i see a different content.
    I cleared cache, disable cache plugin, change browser, but, i have the same problem…

    Hey maryenvato,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    In which page does this issue occur? Have you tried applying the content of the page as template to another page? You can save the current content as template, remove the current page, create another, then apply the template. Let us know if that helps.

    Hi Ismael, sorry but even if i tryed, the theme is a caos.
    1) I edit content in home page, but i can’t see in desktop and mobile views!
    2) i see some modules messed up ( but if I go in backend are all correct)
    I can’t see the correct modules, if i try to see the page in mobile view, i can’t see the correct page.. it’s all messed up..

    I disable all cache plugin and cache on web server, but seem to be something wrong ( but i don’t know whats happen)

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I checked your front page on both the front and backend, but I can’t see any real problems. I can see some white text on white background, is that the problem you are referring to? If so, then please let us know how you would like to change that. If that is not the problem, then please try to explain it a bit further, or post screenshots highlighting it.

    Thanks for the update, and for the video. If copying the content to a new page rectifies the problem you are having, then please try doing so, then delete the old page which you are having problems with.

    Hi Richard,
    I see your page and if I try to edit content after the preview i see the new content.
    why, I can’t see the new content if i try to change my new page, what am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the video. I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding your question/problem, but things look to be working on the copied page? If the preview is not working on the old page, then something might be wrong with it. Copying all the shortcodes to a new page, should hopefully resolve that.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Where can we view the test page you created? If you are going to copy shortcodes between pages, then I would advice that you copy the shortcodes from the window below the Layout Builder, and paste them in the same place in the new page. The Layout Builder is not compatible with the WordPress block editor, so that might be where the problem starts.
