The version of the the theme that you are running does not support newer versions of PHP. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.6.6) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

1. Did you check the Let Logo And Menu Position Adapt To Browser Window option under Enfold->Header->Header Behaviour?

2. The logo image you are using seems to have a lot of white space on both left and right, could you try cropping it or upload a logo with a transparent background instead?

Thanks for that. I’m not sure how to login though, the login URL takes me to a page which looks to be a JetPack page, and the only option I get there is to login with the details in private. Could you let us know how to login into the backend of your site please?

We have no resources to debug third party plugins unfortunately. Could you try reaching out to their support for further help please? You might be able to find an alternative plugin as well.

Also please check so that the conflict or problem is not caused by another plugin, you can do that by having the plugin in question as the only active plugin.
