1. I’m not sure I understand what you are looking to remove, could you post a screenshot highlighting it please?

2. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

Hi,

Thanks for the update. The footer functionality is working as expected when the parent theme is active, so the problem is coming from your child theme. Please try updating header.php with the same file from the parent theme, then add you customisations back in after that.

Hi,

What you are experiencing is not a general theme problem, and the stack trace is pointing to WordPress files. For that reason, I don’t think that this is a theme problem.

If you need further help, then please provide us with server error logs. Also please try deactivating all plugins, and remove any custom code you might have added, to see what happens then.

Hi,

It’s not a theme problem, the message is only saying that your site is out of memory at a certain action. You can check how much memory is actually allocated on your site by going to Tools->Site Health->Info->Server. If it’s not 512mb there, then please reach out to your hosting provider to get it increased, or try removing things that would consume memory like I suggested above.

The theme isn’t throwing that error messages, it looks like it’s coming from the Open Swatch plugin. Please try to deactivate that plugin to see what happens then.

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why the media URL looks like that, maybe because you are running a multisite? I tried logging in to check your installation, but the details you posted are not working. Anyway, this is not something which is set by the theme, so you might want to search for help on a general WordPress help forum instead.

If your installation is out of memory, then it needs more. Try to increase it to 512 for example: https://developer.wordpress.org/apis/wp-config-php/. Or try to remove things that would consume memory, like plugins which you might not need.
