    Hello,

    I have been using Enfold for many years now and is the main template I utilise for any new websites I create. For some reason with the latest website I am working on I am having issues with the Avia Layout Builder for one of the pages I am working on. I have recreated the page many times but have the same issue. I am using the service section of the Consulting demo. Just 3 grid sections with an image, special heading and text with bullet points. Nothing complicated but no matter how many times I create this page, once I exit and reopen the page I get the spinning wheel where the Avia Layout Builder should be.

    Even if I copy one of the demo pages, update the service section, save and reopen the page I get the same issue in which I cannot utilise the Avia Layout Builder again.

    Could you please assist to see what is happening. I have attached the details to login. The page with the issue is “Services”.

    Thanks for the login details. It looks to be blocked by a server setting or firewall:

    Troubleshoot: Text Block element not loading

    This is a rare case but if typing certain words, such as “get“,”include“, “select” or “head” in Text Block element breaks it after saving, there might be a modsec rule in firewall settings causing this issue.

    This is a security measure taken by hosting providers and it is not a theme issue. You can contact your hosting providers and ask them to whitelist those words and that should fix the issue.

    I removed the word include from your content, and the builder is loading as it should after. If you need to remove this rule or firewall from your site, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider.

    Hello Rikard,

    Sorry for the delay in replying to your response. I have been in contact with my webhosting provider who were not very helpful so I will use a workaround of using different words to be able to see the Avia Builder.

    Thank you for alerting me to why I was having issues with the Avia Builder when the word “include” was used in the text of a page I was working on.
