NikkoHey gaveni,
Can you give us more context? maybe a screenshot or the full shortcode?
Best regards,
NikkoHi Almquist,
Is this already fixed?
I have checked it on my mobile phone and it does look great.
And if I check the social icon location it would be on the gray area and not on the right side as the screenshot shows.Best regards,
NikkoHi ryanmeighan,
There are a lot of CSS that modifies the form’s appearance when using Enfold and the best way to do it is not to remove it but override it with CSS.
Can you give us a screenshot of what you want it to look like? maybe we can give some CSS codes that should fix it.Best regards,
NikkoHey sasserp01,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoHi bnewman1,
Please try adding this CSS code in Quick CSS, located in Enfold > General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { .main_color #js_sort_items .sort_by_cat { text-align: center; } .main_color #js_sort_items a, .main_color #js_sort_items span { display: inline-block; float: none; } }Best regards,
NikkoHey bobfurgo,
Try adding this CSS code as well:
.page-id-2 .header-scrolled #header_main { background-color: white !important; }Best regards,
NikkoHi jknetdesign,
Can you tell us what specific error is shown?
The best way to know what’s causing the crash is to enable debugging: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/// Enable WP_DEBUG mode define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); // Disable display of errors and warnings define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );And when it crashes check for the debug.log file and you’ll most likely find the reason for crashing.
Also since there’s a huge gap between versions it would be better to create a staging site first and update there to know if there will be issues during and after update.
Here’s an article on how to setup a staging site: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/Best regards,
NikkoMay 5, 2020 at 10:14 pm in reply to: Update Enfold to recent version on Word Press 4.5.1 – Fatal error: Uncaught Erro #1210093Hi davidschnare,
PHP 7.3 shouldn’t have any issue.
But maybe there were some files lost during the update, can you try to re-install the theme manually via FTP or CPanel?
– https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#install-vianbspcpanel
If that doesn’t work, please give us ftp access as well.Best regards,
NikkoHey Anthony Gebarski,
This is a duplicate question from you, we’ll be closing this thread.
Best regards,
NikkoHey Anthony Gebarski,
Thanks for contacting us!
Yes, the menu links/labels and the subtitle below it can be changed.
Let us know if you have further questions :)Best regards,
NikkoHi Eva_Lutions,
We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi bcerin,
Can you replace the code I gave to this one instead:
#top .taglist a, #top .taglist span { display: inline-block; }Best regards,
NikkoHi juiik0ch,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I tested Enfold 4.5.7 and WP 5.4.1 and it does not show any selection just as in your screenshot, so it will only be available if you’re using the latest version (maybe it’s a glitch with that version of Enfold with the current WP version).
There’s another workaround to fix it and that’s to remove -80×80 in the logo URL which I have changed.
Also, if you’re using transparent header, the logo used is in Enfold > Header > Transparency Options (tab) > Transparency Logo.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi ced23,
We apologize for the delay since there are lots of requests lately.
As for the PHP version, 7.3 is good enough so no need to change it.
Here’s the guide on how to import the demo manually: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-
If that still doesn’t work, please renew the login link since it has already expired.Best regards,
NikkoHi Cocoa,
1. Just add background-color, so the new code for it should be:
#top .avia-fullscreen-slider .avia-slideshow-controls a { color: #61011c; background-color: #ccc; }2. Same with #1, add background-color:
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) { .responsive #top .avia-slideshow-controls a { background-color: #ccc; display: block !important; opacity: 1 !important; } }Hope it helps.
Best regards,

NikkoHi Angel,
It’s not possible with CSS because of its HTML structure.
We recommend to use child theme when there’s tweaks needed because if you add it in functions.php of Enfold it does work, but will be lost during the theme update.Best regards,
NikkoHey Michael,
You can download the icons from fontello: http://fontello.com/ and flaticon: flaticon
Then upload it in Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager.
You can check further instructions here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#adding-your-own-fontello-or-flaticon-icons-Best regards,
