After the update to Enfold theme I can not log in.

    Get this error:

    PHP is managed 7.3

    #1210093

    Hi davidschnare,

PHP 7.3 shouldn’t have any issue.
But maybe there were some files lost during the update, can you try to re-install the theme manually via FTP or CPanel?
    https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install
    https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#install-vianbspcpanel
If that doesn’t work, please give us ftp access as well.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Please log in and see what you can suggest. I did what you asked. I uploaded the current files via FTP. I get the same results. I really would appreciate your input.

I can restore the site if need be so you can log in.

    Thanks, David

HI, were you able to have a look at the site and error?

I send the password. Thanks, David

    Hi davidschnare,

There’s no password in private content :(
It’s only Username, Server and FTP port, please check.

    Best regards,

    Hi davidschnare,

Thanks for providing the FTP access.
I tried to check for this method and it seems to be defined avia_sc_audio_player::popup_key()
Also after checking for similar issues, here’s the only one I can find which is fixed in 4.7.2: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/update-caused-error/
Also, this popup seems to be blocking (see screenshot in private content), it also keeps me from logging in (I tried to use the credentials you gave but it doesn’t remove it), can you provide us username & password to disable it?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

I have restored the files back to Enfold Version: 4.5.7 and the system now allow us to log in.

When I update to the latest version the error occurs and I can not log in.

I am at a loss to what to do. David

    Hi David,

    I apologize for the delay.
I still could not get past this: https://imgur.com/A6D1DnB
Even with the credentials you gave.
FTP will give us the ability to enable debugging and check on the files but we can’t really do much there.
We’ll need to have access to the WP Dashboard so we can try to switch themes (latest version) and trigger the error to see what really causes the error.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi davidschnare,

I have updated the staging site to 4.7.4.
There are 2 plugins that caused the issue:
    – Custom Calendly Button
    – Custom Testimonial Slider
I believe they are made by your developer and since Avia framework has already been updated the code in those 2 plugins needs to be updated as well.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
