We can’t change the overlay_color=’#4ecac2? when we saved it the default color is back

    Hey gaveni,

Can you give us more context? maybe a screenshot or the full shortcode?

    Best regards,

When you edit one page and you change the section overlay_color=’#4ecac2′ the modification is not saved

    [av_section min_height='75' min_height_px='500px' padding='huge' shadow='no-border-styling' bottom_border='no-border-styling' scroll_down='aviaTBscroll_down' id='' color='main_color' custom_bg='' src='https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-startup/files/2015/02/people_town.jpg' attachment='506' attachment_size='full' attach='parallax' position='bottom center' repeat='no-repeat' video='' video_ratio='16:9' overlay_enable='aviaTBoverlay_enable' overlay_opacity='0.7' overlay_color='#4ecac2' overlay_pattern='' overlay_custom_pattern='' av_uid='av-1p7et']
    [av_one_fifth first av_uid='av-g75j9']

    Hi gaveni,

It does work when I tested on my end.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,

    Dear Nikko,

please find attached the requested access

    Hi gaveni,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I was able to spot that code in your Contact page, and I modified the color in the Color Section’s Styling > Background Overlay > Overlay Color and it was successful, I have changed it back after.
Just make the changes in the ALB Editor just below the Gutenberg Block Editor.

    Best regards,

Sorry I don’t understand where to changed it
Could you please provide me one print screen as when we changed it and review the pages it’s changed but when you edit it again the defulat value is back.

    Hi gaveni,

I have posted screenshots in private content.
I changed the background color to #5fa1e8 as seen in backend screenshot.
