Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Some “Managed WordPress” hosts have the secure PHP options activated.
These advanced settings will probably need to be looked at by your webhost,
if “allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off” try turning these “on”.Best regards,

in my webhost settings i had 7.3 version with firewall desactivated. is it correct or do i need to change php version ?

After checking with webhost (OVH) and as i m on on mutualized server, solution proposed by Nina could not worked. Webhost told me to import enfold 2017 theme manually via ftp. can you please tell me how to proceed ? thanksHi ced23,

As for the PHP version, 7.3 is good enough so no need to change it.
