Hi I’m back,
Recently Gunter fixed this error on one of my sites. But I just don’t get it right on my other sites.I would love to know the secret of how to solve this issue.
Yes, I cleaned cache, tried incognito window etc.

In the private section you find the login to one of the sites.
I would very much like to know what the problem is because on the other 20 Enfold sites there is the same issue.

Thank you both for your reply.
What I mean is more exactly the opposite from what Guenni007 is mentioning. I want to use a masonry or gallery without the images being cropped or streched into one size, but that the images just both, portait and landscape, will fit into a frame of for example 1500x800px.
Now I add white space to the portrait, but I wonder if it´s possible to do without that, with a code or so.

I will try to explain it a bit better:
I want to show the images all exactly in the sizes, without using white space.
For example I want in a Masony or gallery impages of 1200x800px and 600x800px.
To make the 600x800px fit into the same I add white space left and right to make it also 1200x800px.
I would like to avoid using the white space. What codes do I have to insert to just use the real sizes?
I send you a link of a website. I have only made the structure of the Enfold, the owner of this site inserts himself the images.
I would have made a very different layout….

This was not exactly the code I needed, but I now got it from the Facebookforum:

So this is solved.
The other item what I would have liked to be able to change is that in the url https://hoofdkantoor.com/portfolio-item/bezoekers/ I would like to change the text which is bold, into an other text. Is this possible?Best regards,

Yes Basilis, it sure was a tough one this time. It would have helped if there were proper instructions, may be a video to help us through this item. It’s necessary to take the right route from A to B.

Hopefully you can help me out this time.
It a problematic issue. For some websites I have succeeded with the updates and others not.
I really don’t understand why. It takes so much time finding out what may be the cause.Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:
Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden
username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden
email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.Yigit!
I finally fixed it! My oh my…… Enfold did not make it easy for the users this time!
I hope that I also be able to fix the other 12 sites….

This may be helpful for me as well. But I’m not sure if I can fix this myself. Besides that I have about 12 updates to make. And I’m really cry worried at this moment how to solve this problem.
It all worked fine and now all the sudden everything is completely mixed up by this new update.Could anyone help me out?

I followed the instruction.
But it gives a error:
