FTP logins did not work for me. Could you please check them once again? We are going to update the theme to the latest version 4.2.1 and apply PHP 5.4 backwards compatibility manually. However, this should not fix visual issues you are having. They seem to be plugin related to me. If we can access to your server via FTP, we can take a deeper look into that issue as well.

Hey Stephan,

Fullwidth elements such as Tab Section and Color Section work only fullwidth and therefore it is not possible to use them inside another shortcodes. Could you please elaborate on the changes you would like to make? We might be able to offer another solution :)

Improved version of ALB will be included in an update soon. It will be handling 3rd party shortcodes better :)

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. This surely was a mistake however the reason behind this mistake is, we were not able to reproduce the issue. Until now i was able to find one FTP and WP logins of a website that had this issue and we were able to fix it.

Could you please try replacing public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-parser.class.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/ld5iiaivyaspw50/shortcode-parser.class.php?dl=0 via FTP and check if that helps?

This may not be the final solution but we will definitely take more precautions to avoid similar issues from happening again in future. If this does not work for you, please start a new thread and attach FTP and WP admin logins so we can take a deeper look.
