    Hello,
    I have the latest version of Enfold which is running on WP 4.2.9 but I get the spinning wheel and no content editing when opening pages on editor. How can this be fixed?

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/. If that does not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it :)

    We’ll give that a try. Another thing that’s happening is that the new version of Enfold breaks the website. I can make it work if I don’t upload the files for /config-layerslider and the shortcodes for the slide show. Any ideas about why can that be happening?

    Hi,

    I’m not sure about why that particular file would be causing you problems, could you post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look maybe? Also, you mentioned that your layout breaks, where exactly can we see that?
