Could you please make sure you are using Enfold 4.4.1 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/ and post FTP and WP admin logins here privately if you are already using the latest version.
I tested the plugin on my local installation however i cannot reproduce it – https://i.imgur.com/vZbitzJ.png

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

That connection error seems to be a temporary one as it loads fine on my end as well. Connection errors with database are not theme related and out of the scope of our support. Nevertheless we try to help :)

I already updated Enfold before posting my previous message. Both backend and frontend loads fine so i am guessing the issue is resolved. Please review your website.

Sorry for the confusion. I believe the issue is RTL related. I tried adding following code to bottom of Functions.php file of your child theme

function av_hide_alb() {
  echo '<style>.rtl .avia-style textarea {
    direction: ltr;

}
add_action('admin_head', 'av_hide_alb');

However it did not save. Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?
