I tried to reproduce the issue on my local installation using the latest version of Enfold and Event Calendar and Ticket plugins but it is working fine for me: https://church.vatoyi.it/event/family-days/
I noticed it works fine when I switch to default theme or downgrade Enfold version to 5.1.2.Are you using additional plugin for the popup that shows up when you click purchase tickets?

What do you mean with “some change you made on your website”?
It is probably related to CSS changes you made on your website but at the moment your page looks fine on my end.
Please try a different browser or incognito mode in your browser. You can also try hard refreshing with CMD + Shift + R on Mac and CTRL + Shift + R on Windows.

As it’s pointed out in the note, warning is about the outdated copies of WooCommerce template files you have in your child theme.
– These are the email template files you have modified on your child theme – https://imgur.com/a/x5t6CrL. Let us call them the “old files”.
– Please download WooCommerce to your computer – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/
– Find those files in the latest version of WooCommerce you have on your desktop. Let us call these the “new files”.
– Reapply your modifications you have on your old files to the new files.
– Replace old files you have on your child theme with the new files via FTP.
– Update WooCommerce on your site.
– Since now you will have updated email templates, WooCommerce would not throw any warnings.Regards,

Just as Mike, I too believe this is related to some change you made on your website and the layout is different on my end than the one you showed in your screenshot. Have you reverted some of the changes and found the culprit?

I see that you have modified WooCommerce email templates in your child theme. Could you please try updating them with fresh copies from the latest version of WooCommerce? You can download the latest version to your computer here – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/

That seems to be related to m4v file format. I downloaded your video and uploaded on my local installation as .mp4 file and it worked as expected.
Could you convert the your video to mp4, ogv or webm?

There is not such known issue and you are the first user to report it. Have you modified any WooCommerce files on your child theme? If you have not, could you please create temporary WP and FTP logins and post them here privately so we can look into it?

Ipad landscape width seems to be 1080px. I have edited your Grid Row elements and added “desktop-section” ID to your 4 column grid and “mobile-section” ID to your 2 column grids and then added following code to bottom of Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling
@media only screen and (max-width: 1080px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all #mobile-section { display: block !important; } .responsive #top #wrap_all #desktop-section { display: none !important; } }I do not have an actual Ipad so I could only test it on my browser. Could you please review your website and confirm if it helped? :)

Yes, you can and we would also recommend you to generate a Personal Token with your new account – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options > Theme Update so your client would receive theme updates.

1- Yes, the version you are currently using is not compatible with PHP 8.0.
You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options > Theme Update to update the theme. If you do not receive the update within 12 hours, you can install Envato Market plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ and insert your Personal Token into plugin settings and go to Themes tab of the plugin to update the theme.
2- We have manually set your password and attached it in private content field below. Please use it to login and then edit your profile – https://kriesi.at/support/profile/infovanwijckict/edit/ to renew your password :)

1- Have you translated your media elements using WPML Media plugin? If you have not, please do so.
2- By default, you can set different settings in theme options for each language but if you would like them to be synchronised, you can simply go enable “Keep Global Layout Options Synchronised (Global Setting)” option at the bottom of the first page of Enfold theme options.
If the suggestions above do not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

Please firstly refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 5.3.1.1.
Updates are currently disabled on your installation. You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert your Personal Token into Enfold theme options to receive auto updates.
