Please make sure that you are using the ThemeForest account that you used when purchasing Enfold.
You get lifetime updates with your purchase, so the theme should always be available on the Downloads page.

It does not affect SEO. It affects performance. If you would like to merge your CSS files, you can disable performance options in Enfold theme options and use a plugin such as WP Rocket instead.

They show up fine for me on different browsers even when I am not logged in.

I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and set CSS file merging and compression option to “minified only” and that helped.
I will report the issue to our devs and share this thread as a reference :)

I do not see whitespace on these pages as well. I attached screenshots in the private content field.
If you would like to display a transparent header on those pages, please edit your pages and choose the “transparent header” option in Layout > Header visibility and transparency: https://i.imgur.com/3Zq8VyF.png :)

Could you please share a page where we can see the issue? I checked the page I shared in private content field I do not see any whitespace on top.
Also, please make sure that you are using Advanced Layout Builder > Media Elements > Advanced Layer Slider element to display your Layerslider instead of using a shortcode.

Those are default widgets. You can go to Appearance > Widgets and add your own widgets to Footer widget areas to display your own :)

Have you referred to this post to generate your Personal Token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token? If you have not, please do so.
If you have, please try using Envato Market plugin: https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ and insert your Token in plugin options and check Themes for the update.
