In fact it’s not realy a pre-sale question. I’m very anoing with my webmaster who bought your theme but didn’t do his work and help or answer my question.
So I try to improove my website myself but sometimes, I can’t find the issue.
Could you please help me and give me a way to access the support even if I am not personnaly bought your product ?
It’s not your fault that my webmaster is a bad guy but it’s not my fault if I have to work with your theme.

We are sorry for the bad experience you had with your developer.
You would need a purchase code to register for our forums and to start new threads but you can search it without registering.
Has your developer shared the purchase code or the invoice with you? If they have, we can check if they have registered on our forums and update the email to yours.
