You placed your shortcodes into Text widget. I moved them into Custom HTML widget in Appearance > Widgets. Please review your website :)

Just to test, could you please create a new personal token and try it on one of your sites above?

If it does not help, please post FTP logins for one of the sites so we can look further into it. Auto updates might be disabled on these installations.

Also, i heard from our devs regarding HTML in Masonry excerpt. We are not going to apply this changes in the file so when you update the theme next time, please add following code to bottom of Functions.php file in your child theme to display HTML in Masonry excerpt
```
apply_filters( 'avf_masonry_slideshow_excerpt', strip_tags( $entry->post_excerpt ), $entry, $this->entries );
```

Hi,

I see that you are using the same personal token on both sites. Could you please try generating a new one – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and check if that helps? Is it the same token that works on other installations?

Hi,

I do not think this is related to WooCommerce but you can try de-activating WooCommerce and checking for updates.

Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist api.envato.com. They might be blocking it for security reasons.

Another user who was having the same issue contacted their hosting provider and replied:

our hoster has updated the Linux distribution of the server.
The cause of the problem was probably the incompatibilities of the versions of OpenSSL with cURL.

Now the token API works :-)

Hi,

I already placed that code in the bottom of functions.php file of your child theme :)

I tried adding following code to bottom of Quick CSS field and it worked so i do not think there is any error in your custom CSS

```

You can only extend the support after purchasing the license therefore if your developer purchased it for you, they should be able to extend it as well. Purchase and support is connected to the same account :)

Hi,

Sure, you can see it in the link i attached in private content field.

We believe Instagram has restrictions on shared servers so this is not related to the theme or plugins. Since we could not reproduce the issue, we wanted to try to debug on your installation however with further testing i could reproduce the issue on one of my sites as well so FTP logins are no longer necessary.

We are working on a solution and will update you.

We escaped HTML in excerpt and i reverted it in your installation. I asked review from our devs. If they confirm the changes, we will include this version in upcoming update.

I tried to login again however i was blocked by WordFence. Could you please check if you have any error in your custom CSS using this site – http://csslint.net/?

Your installation was inside additional “enfold” folder as following
/wp-content/themes/enfold/enfold/
however it should have been
/wp-content/themes/enfold

Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately? Also, please point out posts where you have HTML in excerpt :)
