Could you please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1 and WordPress to 5.7?
You had custom code at the bottom of your functions.php file, I moved it to functions.php file of your child theme. If you have made any other modifications on your parent theme files, please make sure to move them to your child theme as well.Regards,

I de-activated “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” and “jQuery Updater” plugins and re-installed the theme and that helped.Please review your website :)

Due to our agreement, we have to follow Envato’s rules and lifetime updates is one of them. We sell our theme exclusively on Envato/ThemeForest and since they manage download and purchase processes, unfortunately we cannot help with your account there. We only provide technical support for our theme.

Yes, it is included in Enfold. You can simply go to Enfold theme options > Demo Import to import it with a single click within a few minutes :)

Please update WordPress to the latest version 5.7. After updating WordPress, go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable “JS file merging and compression”, save theme options, clear cache and check once again. After confirming that it is working correctly, you can re-enable JS file merging and compression option.

It seems like you used ALB to create your blog post. When creating ALB to create your blog posts, you would need to add each element manually so please edit your post and add Social Share Buttons element under Content Elements tab of ALB to the bottom of your post :)

You are currently using an older version of the theme which is not compatible with your WordPress version.

Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)

Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable CSS and JS file merging and compression and check “Delete old CSS and JS files?” at the bottom of the tab and save theme options. Flush browser cache a few times and check if that helps.
If you are not using a child theme and updated Enfold to 4.8.1 then I do not see any reason why it would not work honestly. If you post temporary WP admin logins we can gladly look into it :)

I added social icons to your menu using HTML and then added following code to bottom of Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling for styling

If the file is same, could you please delete it from your child theme?
If that too does not help, please create temporary FTP and WP admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

Apparently those strings are wrongly translated or duplicated. We are going to fix those strings and include them in upcoming version.
If you would like to fix them on your installation, please use this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and fix the translations of the elements. I attached screenshots from original English version in private content field below :)

If you can contact the previous developers and ask them to generate a Personal Token, you should be able to update the theme as Enfold 4.5.7 supports Personal Tokens.
If that is not possible, you would need to purchase a license and generate a new token. Please see – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token for instructions.

You can login on ThemeForest with the account you used when purchasing the theme and go to Downloads page to download the latest version. Then, please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1 via FTP.

Do you remember in which version you have modified helper-main-menu.php file? If you do, we can send you a copy of that file so you can compare it with the one you have in your child theme and apply the changes you made on that file on updated file.
