Hey Translibrium,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

You need to add a jQuery function in the functions.php file.
http://activelab.io/code-snippets/use-jquery-to-hide-a-div-when-the-user-clicks-outside-of-itTo get class names for accordion tabs please check the docs

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

Please enable custom CSS class name support from Enfold theme options > Layout Builder > Developer options
Add a unique class name to the elements you want to animate and use the CSS provided in this link https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/animation/ or you can simply google for code snippets that suits your design.

It’s not clear what you are trying to do but is this what you are trying to achieve?
Yes, you can test the responsive sites in google chrome by resizing it. Please note that some elements or styles may look a little different in other browsers but the difference really depends on the code.

VinayHi,
A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

VinaySeptember 1, 2018 at 11:58 am in reply to: Changing the caption title on fullwidth easy slider to H1 #1004314Hi,
You can only add a new folder or a file via FTP or your hosting control panel.
WordPress Editor does not support adding new folders :)

VinayHi,
The solution provided in the documentation is for the default theme settings and it should revert to the default mobile header with logo left and burger menu on the right provided if there is no other custom code conflicting with it.
I have updated the media query to kick in at 1200px at the same width at which your burger menu kicks in.
Please clear the cache and review the site :)

The default fonts are as below
'Open Sans','HelveticaNeue','Helvetica Neue',Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;
You can change that by added custom CSS to Quick CSS section in Enfold > General Styling
body { /* Your styles here */ font-family: 'Your-font-amily-here' ; }
For more info please check https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/typography
