That is the correct way of checking which version you are running. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Thanks for the update. Deactivating plugins is usually not risky and should not introduce any problems on your site once the are activated back, but problems can alway occur of course, so if you have a staging or development version of the site, then it’s better to do thing like these on there instead.
The plugins only have to be deactivated for a few minutes. We can’t really say what the effects will be on the front end unfortunately, but if your plugins are adding or altering things on the front end, then there will be changes during the time which the plugins are deactivated.

I would advice to update on a staging/development site first, if you are worried about breaking your live site.

Thanks for that. You forgot to close a paragraph and a div in the block with the Hoe moet het nu verder header, which broke the layout builder. I’ve fixed it on both your pages now, so it should work as expected from now on.

Sorry for the problem. The new analytics format won’t work in the Analytics box in the current version of the theme. This has been reported to our developers, and a solution should be in place with the next release of the theme. Until then, please use a function in functions.php to add your tracking code:

Thanks for the update, I get the same error on my end unfortunately. Could you share FTP login details in private as well please? Would it be ok if we tried to disable all plugins and Enfold to see if we can login after that?

Thanks for that. I deactivated your caching plugin, and the slider started working after that, it seems to still be working after I activated it back. Please check on your end as well. Make sure that you check in an incognito or private browser window, in order to avoid any local cache.
