December 1, 2020 at 6:39 am in reply to: Customize the media element tab sections or tab title #1264134
Hi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.tabcontainer .active_tab, .tabcontainer .tab { background-color: #3e5164; color: #fff !important; }I can’t see any problems loading the page in question on mobile, could you let us know how to reproduce the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Peter,
I’m not sure which button you are referring to, could you try to explain the problem a bit further and post a link to where we can see this happening on your actual site please?
Best regards,

Thanks for that and sorry for the late reply. I can’t see what is going wrong there unfortunately, but I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look as well. Please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update and sorry for the late reply, login details are working now. This is what I see on my end: https://imgur.com/a/YyTKrHS. Is that correct or not?
The support you get is on this forum.

RikardDecember 1, 2020 at 5:55 am in reply to: Adding an element to a page background (boxed layout) #1264125Hi Nikole,
Sorry for the late reply. It’s a div which you can try to add to header.php in your child theme for example:
<div class="background-strap"></div>Then add this to your Quick CSS:
.background-strap { background-color: #b5006c; border-top: 1px #95005c solid; border-bottom: 1px #742152 solid; height: 67px; z-index: -10; position: absolute; top: 69px; width: 100%; }Best regards,
RikardDecember 1, 2020 at 5:49 am in reply to: Partial Success Importing the Construction Demo – but not images were imported. #1264124Hi Clay,
Sorry for the late reply. I tried importing the demo again, but no images are imported unfortunately. I can’t see any error messages, so I’m not sure why they are not being imported. We can try to add them manually for you though, do you need all of them, or only some? If you only need some, then please try to specify which ones you need.

RikardDecember 1, 2020 at 5:43 am in reply to: Vimeo video links don't work any more (black screen) #1264123Hi Tim,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure what could be going wrong to be honest with you, but I’m guessing that it might be due to some sort of firewall or security setting on your network? Does it work if you create a basic html file outside of WordPress, and add the video as an iframe for example?
I’ve asked the rest of the team for help with your problem as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey Terve,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top #main .sidebar { border-left-width: 0; } .big-preview.single-big { padding: 0; } }If it doesn’t apply then please make sure that you activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, and clear your local browser cache.
Best regards,
RikardHi Verena,
Sorry for the late reply. All the images are at the same place horizontally, they all start from the top. The difference between the last image and all the others, is that the last one has more than double the height of the other ones, that is why it appears that way. Could you try using another image maybe? If not then please try to edit the current one in software like Photoshop, and give it some more width, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We haven’t heard of any users having problems with form validation in the current version of the theme, and our developers had problems following your trail of thought. Would you be able to give us step by step instructions on how to reproduce a scenario where the fields don’t validate as they should please?
Thanks in advance,
RikardNovember 30, 2020 at 12:31 pm in reply to: List of used ALB elements destroyed after saving #1263929Hey Jeannette,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. If it’s working as it should when you select to always load all elements, then I would suggest that you use that option and try to optimise your site in other ways, in order to compensate. We can’t provide custom solution for problems with third party plugins unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi Peter,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I’ve forward this thread to our developers, please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.
Best regards,
RikardHey posttopost,
Sorry for the late reply. I can’t reproduce the problem you are having, please see private for a live example. Maybe it’s due to some sort of customisation added to your site?
I can’t see the font error messages on your actual site, did you manage get that fixed?
Best regards,
RikardHey mel_moataz,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. We haven’t tested the theme with that plugin, and providing you with custom code in order to rectify the problem would be out of scope of theme support unfortunately. Maybe you could try a different form plugin?
Best regards,
RikardHi Mohamad,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I’ve looked around for a solution for what you are requesting, but I haven’t been able to find one. We can’t provide you with a solution for this problem unfortunately.

I’m very sorry for the late reply. I can’t see any error messages on the example pages, where exactly are you seeing them?
Best regards,
RikardHey THP,
Thanks for using Enfold and sorry for the late reply. We are continuously developing and adding new features to the theme. We are currently working on an integration with Elementor as a visual layout builder, but I can’t say when that will be released unfortunately. We are also working on adding new demos, but that hasn’t been a priority lately, but we will of course add new ones in the future.
Since Enfold is now our only product, we are focusing all of our efforts on developing it. I can’t really say if Enfold is the best theme around or not, but it will be maintained and developed for as long as we exist as a company.
I’ve forwarded this thread to Kriesi as well :-)
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I tried going to the backend of the page in question, but it won’t allow me to go there. Could you upgrade the account to have admin rights please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It seems like you changed the CSS back to being unclosed, so I fixed that for you again, and your theme settings are again applying. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
.av-catalogue-list li:hover { background-color: transparent; }The CSS I sent previously is applying fine on my end.

RikardNovember 30, 2020 at 4:19 am in reply to: 2 photos are at the left instead of being in the middle #1263861Hey barabasone,
Could you try to use 1/2 elements and place the images inside of them please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Lubica,
If you don’t own license then please purchase one in order to update the theme, it doesn’t have to be same one as was originally purchased.
After you have bout the license then the update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi Colin,
Thanks for your feedback and suggestions, I will forward them to our developers.
Best regards,
RikardHey Kim,
I’ve replied to your thread already, please don’t open more than one support request per problem. I’ll close this thread for now, please continue in your existing support request.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I closed this CSS for you:
.postid-1584 #wrap_all #header_main { display: none; And your theme settings are applying as they should now. Please review your site.

RikardNovember 29, 2020 at 12:22 pm in reply to: Cache plugin causing site to malfunction + some other issues #1263767Hey a2zme,
1. Thanks for sharing your experience. If the theme works fine without the caching plugin, then the problem is likely with the plugin itself, or a setting in it.
2. We haven’t had any other users report this to us, and we haven’t seen any problems ourselves. It might have been a temporary glitch.
Best regards,
Rikard -
