Hi Lisa,
Thanks for that. It’s not the user role I’m referring to, that needs to be administrator. I mean the functionality under Appearance->Editor in the WordPress menu, that is turned off on your installation. If you don’t know how to activate it, then please simply share FTP login details in private, and set the user account you sent us back to administrator rights.
Best regards,
RikardHey smakarate,
That might be possible, but developing such functionality would be out of scope of theme support unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for helping out @Barnez1, it’s much appreciated :-)
Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic @smakarate.
Best regards,
RikardHey laptophobo,
Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi emjay411,
Sorry for the problem, it will be fixed in the next release of the theme. Until then, please try to install the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the version to legacy 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
Best regards,
RikardHey Claudia,
Could you share what you are trying to put in the copyright field please?
The mobile menu problem will be fixed in the next update of the theme. Please continue using the jQuery migrate plugin until then.
Best regards,
RikardHey Snerp,
The login details you posted are not working:
ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect. Lost your password?
Please check and verify.
About your problem; did you try disabling all plugins to see if that makes any difference? You could also try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Thanks for the screenshots. We would have to inspect the problem in order to give you accurate CSS, would you be able to update on a staging site first so that we can see it on an actual site please?

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
li#menu-item-1812 .avia-menu-text:after { content: "4"; font-size: 9px; color: #FFF; background: #42A0BD; line-height: 17px; width: 17px; display: inline-block; text-align: center; border-radius: 100px; position: relative; top: -9px; left: 2px; }Best regards,
RikardHi Steve,
Thanks for the update. I’m no expert on the Yoast SEO plugin, but I’m guessing that if it finds more than one h1 in your content, then there must be more than one in there? I can’t really give you a better answer than that, if you need a more in depth answer then maybe you could try reaching out to Yoast support?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top #wrap_all .av_header_transparency #av_section_1 { background-image: none; background-color: #03538b; } }Best regards,
RikardHey mosaic,
It’s showing fine on my end, I’m guessing it’s not showing on your end since you have already accepted the settings? You could try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window to see if it shows up then.
Best regards,
RikardHi Thomas,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
span.unit { float: none; margin-left: 0; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
If they don’t exist on the backend, then I don’t think you have anything to worry about. They will eventually disappear from the Google index, which we can’t do much about unfortunately.
If you need further help then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHey denis-lvov,
Please post a link to the site in question so that we can have a closer look. Please open separate threads for each of your problems in the future.
Best regards,
RikardHey Gil,
The mobile menu seems to be working as it should on my end, could you try to explain the problem you are having a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHey jpassmann,
Sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options to see if that helps. This is a temporary solution, there will be a permanent fix included in the next release of the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
We don’t have a set date for the release of the new version unfortunately, but we are working as hard and fast as we can go have it available as soon as we are done with development and testing.
If you are worried about things breaking during updates, then I would recommend copying the site to a staging site, then update there first to check for any problems.
Best regards,

Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

As for the roadmap you are asking about, we don’t have anything like that. Is there something in particular you were wondering about maybe?

Could you post a link to where we can see this problem on your actual site please? You can upload screenshots to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then link to them here.
Best regards,
RikardHi Steve,
Thanks for the update. I activated the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, and the CSS is applying to your site now.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, the login page and details are working now. I can’t find where you added the CSS though, could you explain that a bit further please? Also, what exactly is not working with your custom CSS, and in which browsers?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you found a solution and thanks for sharing it with the community :-)
Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Manu,
Sorry for the problems. We don’t have a set date for when the new version will be available unfortunately. But there are temporary workarounds, like the plugin you mentioned, until the new version is available.
Best regards,
