Hey laptophobo,

Thanks for the login details. You are getting error messages coming from the file in private, are we allowed to try to deactivate the plugin in question to see if that makes any difference?

Hi,

If you activate file compression under Enfold->Performance, then the CSS and JS files will be served in single files. I know from your other thread that it creates problems on your site though, since you are running the SG Optimiser. Does that plugin have an option for doing the same thing maybe? If not then I would recommend looking for a different caching solution, which might work better for you.

Hi,

It might have some impact on the speed of your site, but you would have to test it to make sure. The plugin should be able to combine CSS and JS files though. If that is the case, then you shouldn’t need the theme functionality.

Do you mean the icons which contain the this text?

SCEGLI SEDE, SERVIZIO, MEDICO E DATA

If so then they are showing up fine on my end using Chrome on Android. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem please?

I’m not sure why you have added that, but it’s hiding the page title.

Hey Patrick,

The latest version of the theme is 4.7.6.4, so I’m not sure what version you are running. All elements are included in the theme, so the contact form element should be available to your in the layout builder.

Thanks for that, I see the same problem on my end. You are getting a 500 internal server error on the file in private. Could you try disabling all plugins to see if that changes anything please?

Also please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/, and try to delete all WordPress transients.

Thanks for the login details. The SG optimiser plugin is causing problems when file compression is active under Enfold->Performance. I turned that off for you, and your maps are loading fine after that.

Thanks for that.

1. I’m not sure what you are expecting in regards to the breadcrumbs? If you want to hide the breadcrumbs then you can do so in the Layout menu on the page in question.

2. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also make sure that you activate Google ReCAPTCHA under Enfold->Google Services.

3. If you disable that then the theme icons will not display anymore, what exactly are you looking to achieve?

4. Where can we see this problem on your actual site?

5. No CSS or JS loaded in from the theme is unnecessary, could you try specifying what you would like to remove please?
