Hey RosannaK,
Since that element is full width, you should try to keep the image as large as possible. 1500 pixels or above should likely do it. Keep in mind that some loss of image data is inevitable when using images are used as backgrounds.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4, to see if that helps.

RikardFebruary 11, 2021 at 5:50 am in reply to: Mobile Issues – Burger Menu no links & Masonry Gallery not displaying images #1279657Hi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. The masonry seems to be working fine on my end when I check it in mobile emulation in Chrome, did you find a solution to the problem? If not, then please try to explain the problem a bit further, and let us know how to reproduce it.
Best regards,
RikardHallo Detlef,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I tried checking your site again, but the WordPress login details you posted earlier are not working, please check and verify.
LG,
RikardHi Manuel,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. I checked your site again, and the jQuery migrate plugin was set to 1.12.4, but the front end was cached, so the mobile menu wasn’t working. I cleared the cache, and the mobile menu started working after that.
The new version of the theme is still not available, but we have a fix for the mobile menu already, which we can implement on your site, if you like. If you would like that, then we can do that via FTP. Please verify that you have backups of your site, before we implement the fix for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi dithinks,
Thanks for the update. The slider on your front page is working fine on my end, did you manage to get things working?

RikardFebruary 10, 2021 at 10:45 am in reply to: Relation logo & main menu on mobile displays not correct #1279351Hi Verena,
I’m sorry for the late reply. Do you mean that you want to make the logo smaller on mobile devices? If so then please try adding this to Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo img { max-height: 50px; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
The CSS is coming from your child theme style.css file, please look under Appearance->Theme Editor->style.css

Is it this plugin? https://wordpress.org/plugins/squirrly-seo/.
Best regards,
RikardHey kopf-und-stift,
Which settings are you using in the Layout menu on the page? You could try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that changes anything. Also remember to clear the cache from your caching plugin.
Best regards,
RikardHi bourkedesign,
Please try installing this plugin to see if that helps with the update: https://envato.com/market-plugin/. Also please try installing the jQuery migrate plugin which I linked to above.
Best regards,
RikardHey may saleh fahmi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .woocommerce-page #av_product_description { display: none; } }Best regards,
RikardHey dithinks,
Thanks for the login details. The SG Optimiser plugin was causing those problems, it does that when file compression is active in the theme options. I turned that off for you, and things started working after that. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jeff,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jeff,
I set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the jQuery migrate plugin for you, and the menu appears after that. Please continue using the current settings, until the next theme update. This problem will be fixed in the new version.

Could you post a link to where we can see the section that you want to implement this on please? You might be able to use the vh value in your CSS: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css_units.asp

RikardFebruary 10, 2021 at 7:51 am in reply to: Content won't update even when published (ok on other themes) #1279313Hi Joss,
Enfold doesn’t support any third party layout builders, so our support is limited in cases like this. What happens if you disable all plugins?
Best regards,
RikardHi Sabine,

RikardHi Matjaz,
Thanks for the update. I gave the Color Section element an ID in the element options, in order to target the elements better. Please try this in Quick CSS:
#details-section .av_one_third div.av-special-heading { padding: 10px 10px; }I couldn’t add it myself, since the account you gave us doesn’t have admin rights. Also remember to remove the margin values from the headers.
Best regards,
RikardHi Maikel,
Thanks for the update. Please post a link to where we can see the sliders in question.
Best regards,
RikardHi Valentina,
Sorry for the long wait, but the new version of the theme is still not available unfortunately. We can fix the problem with the alternate mobile menu for you though, after that you should be able to remove the jQuery migrate plugin. If you want us to do that, then please make sure that you have backups of the site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Once you have installed the new version, then please make sure that you have added and activated Google Recaptcha in the theme options: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#activate-google-captcha
Best regards,
RikardHey 100MENSCH,
Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that helps. If not, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a close look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try this CSS in order to place the widget on the right hand side of your site.
#media_image-2 { position: absolute; right: -42px; top: -17px; }Where exactly are you looking to add the second widget?
We are not available over the phone unfortunately. If you need quicker communication, then you might consider hiring a freelance developer to do it for you. As I pointed out be before; we can help you with small changes, but we are not a customisation service.
Best regards,
