Hi Manuel,
Thanks for the update and sorry for the problem. I set the jQuery version on your site to 1.12.4, and that brings back the mobile menu. This problem will be fixed in the next update of the theme, which should be available within a few days. We already have code for this, so if you want us to implement it on your site, then please let us know if we are allowed to do so. If you prefer that we don’t do that, then simply continue using the jQuery migrate helper plugin, until the next version of the theme is installed on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Bernhard,
Great, I’m glad that you managed to find and fix your problem, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I can’t see the CSS applying at all, did you remove it? If so then please add it back so that we can see the actual results.

Please try the code posted above by Dude, then replace the slug names on this line:
if (is_product_category(array( 'shirts', 'games' )))with your own slugs.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We don’t offer services like that unfortunately, you need to edit the images and remove the text, then add them back to the site. After that then you can add the text in the actual slider.

RikardJanuary 28, 2021 at 8:48 am in reply to: Advanced Layout Builder not working for pages for one user #1276000Hi,
Thanks for that. Could you try to create a new user, then delete the problem account, and assign all content to the new user, to see if that works?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I activated debug mode and copied one of your problem page content to a test page, please see private. I deleted section by section from the end, and it started loading as it should after I deleted a couple of sections. Could you try to recreate the rest of the content in the test page, to see if that works better? If not then please let us know when you run into problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi Janneke,
Thanks for the update. I checked the page with the timeline, but it looks fine on my end, and I see that you have all plugins active. If the problem is still occurring on your end, then please try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window.

Thanks for the screenshots. So you want the image which currently which appears on the left on your site now, to be on the right side as well? If so then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi Petra,
I’m not sure I fully understand your intentions, could you try to explain a bit further please? Also please post a link to your actual site, so that we can have a closer look at it.
Best regards,
RikardHey mj,
Thanks for the login details. You don’t have any published pages, that is why you can’t select a page there. Once you have published a page, then those options will be available for you again.
Best regards,
RikardHey Stephen,
You can set the strong tag to a different colour under Enfold->Advanced Styling.
Best regards,
RikardHi Ivan,
It can’t be done using CSS unfortunately. If you give us access to your site in private, then we can add the code for you. Make sure that you have a child theme installed, otherwise this change will be overwritten on updates: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/
Best regards,
RikardHey serenacikis,
Thanks for the login details. Both images are showing fine on my end on the blog page. In the single page you need to add the image manually to the post, using the Image element for example, since you are using the Layout Builder to create your post.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. It seems like shortcodes are not working in the secondary menu, so we added the markup for you instead, and that is working. Please review your site.

RikardJanuary 27, 2021 at 1:17 pm in reply to: Shopify "Buy now" button (Javascript code integration) Problem! #1275779Hi Alex,
Thanks for the update. We don’t have any problems with looking for errors for you, but debugging third party code which has no relation to the theme, is beyond the scope of our support policy unfortunately. We have to stick to supporting our theme, basically.
Best regards,
RikardHi Manfred,
Thanks for the update. What exactly are you looking to adjust below 990 pixels?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the problem. We are working hard on getting the new version ready, it should be available within a few days.
Best regards,
RikardHey BenjaminSpeedtsberg,
Please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then select to use jQuery 1.12.4 in the plugin options. This problem will be fixed in the next version of the theme, the plugin is only a temporary solution.

RikardHi David,
Thanks for the clarification, I see the same thing on my end unfortunately. It did seem to work yesterday though. I’ll ask the rest of the team for help, as I can’t see what is going wrong, and WPML isn’t really my area of expertise either.
Best regards,
RikardHi moshpitjoey,
Please check the header setting in the layout menu for each page you have this problem on.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.page-id-136 #av_section_2 .av_one_third { margin-left: 0; width: 100%; } .page-id-136 #av_section_2 .av_one_third .av-catalogue-image { border-radius: 0; }Best regards,

RikardHi,
The COMIENZA YA button is working on mobile now, so I’m guessing that you managed to figure this out?
