If you can see the changes in an incognito browser window, then the problem is local cache in your regular browser. Please try clearing the cache from your regular browser, and restart it. Thanks for the login details. I checked the page in private, and I can see the problem on my end as well. The text is not appearing in the edit box, but it does appear in the preview for some reason. Could you try installing this plugin, then clear all WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/. Pleas make sure that you have backups of the site before doing this.

If removing transients doesn’t help, then please give us permission to temporarily disable plugins, and enabling debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

Thanks for that. Could you share your login URL as well please? The default WordPress login URLs are not working.

I’m seeing an error message on the page coming from the file in private. Is that a plugin you are running maybe? If so, then please try disabling it.

Thanks for that. I can’t see any error messages on either the back or front end, did you get this via mail from WordPress? If so then it might have been something which went wrong only temporarily. Could you try to monitor your site, and see if you should get this error message again please?
