Thanks for the update. What exactly did they say is blocking in the theme? It sounds a bit vague to be honest with you. We are not at all familiar with the plugin in question, so you would have to explain how we can reproduce the problem a bit further. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to find a fix for you.

Thanks for the update. FTP login details are working now, but the WordPress details are still not working unfortunately. Please try logging into WordPress, then go to Users in the menu. Try to create a new user there, and pass the login details on to us. You can use the email in private, just remember to post the login details here in private, so that all moderators have access to them.

Thanks for the update, and for sharing your findings. The SG Optimiser plugin has been known to cause problem with the theme, if file compression is active under Enfold->Performance. I see that you have this active on your site, but I can’t see any obvious problems with your site at the moment. If you should have any more problems, then please try turning file compression off in the theme.

The Video element only support Youtube, Vimeo and locally hosted videos at this point. We might be able to implement support for other sites in the future though.

It would seem to me that the issue is not with the customizations, but rather this particular element in the 4.8x versions of the Enfold Theme.
Is that a fair assessment?

If this was a general problem with the element in question yes, but the element works fine when I try it on a test installation. It works as it should when your customisations are removed as well, and we’ve had no other users report the same problem. Could you try to do what I recommended above please?
