Hi Matti,

Thanks for the update. We appreciate you efforts with the screenshots, but they don’t tell us much about what you are actually doing on the site when the problems occurs, could you please try to explain that a bit further in words? If you are uncomfortable with English, then please write in your native language, then we’ll translate your message. You could also record a screencast as I suggested earlier.

About the index file in your screenshot; that could well be the problem, but I’m not sure exactly which index.php file WordPress is referring to. There’s one in each folder from the root, up to wp-content and themes. If you could share FTP login details with us in private, then we can check the file permission status on those files.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I’m seeing the correct layout on my end on first load, please see screenshot in private. If you should have this problem again, then please try to temporarily disable file compression under Enfold->Performance and save, then turn it back on again, to see if that helps.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I tried deactivating all plugins, then I activated Enfold. The front end is still displaying a WordPress error message though, and I’m seeing several server errors when trying to edit a page, please see private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider again, to check if they can tell you why the server is responding with those errors please? Also please ask them to clarify exactly what they are testing with the script they added. If you could share FTP login details in private as well, then we could try uploading a fresh copy of the theme for you.

Thanks for the update. I’m seeing 403 (forbidden) error message from the server when trying to add images to a Gallery, please see screenshot in private. Could you reach out to your hosting provider to see if they know why the server is responding in that way please? Also please share server logs with us, so that we can have a closer look.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. Your site is not loading any styles at all now, please see screenshot in private. I’m not sure why that is, but I highly doubt that it’s a theme problem, as we haven’t had any other reports from users having this problem, and I can’t reproduce it on a test site. Could you try reaching out to the developers of the caching plugin, to see if they can help you out further with this problem please?

Hi,

Thanks for that. If you want greater control over the images shown on mobile, then you can duplicate the element in question, and use images which are better adapted to mobile resolutions in the duplicated slider. You can then select on which screen sizes you want to show each of the sliders in the Advanced tab in the element options.

Hi,

Thanks for the screenshots. I’m still not able to reproduce those results on my end though, please see screenshot taken at 1100 pixels in Chrome, in private. I checked in Firefox and Safari as well, with the same results.
