    Hi,

    I have a site that I am working on. We have a masonry grid on the front page and every time. I try to add images, they do not show in preview or in the main gallery.

    In addition, when we add a gallery, there are images already built-in that we can not remove.

    Mostly concerned about the top issue.

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi Rikard,

    I updated to the current vs. and still having issues – I try to add pictures but they do not show in the preview or on the live site.

    Please help.

    I am also having table issues – the first column title repeats its self in mobile mode – not in full web screen.

    This is happening to all the tables in the website.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I can see Masonry Gallery on both the front and backend, could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end please? You could try using a different browser, to see if the works better.

    Yes, they are there but. We go in and add photons through edit gallery. – but when we look at the gallery after we do that – they never added on.

    It doesn’t matter what browser – 3 different people have tried it. I don’t know how to attach a screenshot to this thread.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the problem you are describing on my end, I tried adding a new image to the Gallery, and it’s added fine, and visible on the front end. Please see screenshot in private.

    Rikard,

    it is not working at all and when i do a new gallery -it shows that there are 4 pictures in it but i can’t remove them or add images.

    This is VERY frustrating. I have screen

    here are 2 links to show what i see before – when i choose the images (you can see the check mark) and after)

    I NEED THIS SOLVED ASAP

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I created a test page and I see the same problem as you are describing there, but I can’t reproduce it on a test installation running the same version as on your site. Could you try disabling all plugins to see if that makes any difference please? If not, then please share FTP login details in private as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you.

    There is no FTP access per my it team.

    All plugins are disabled.. not that we used any

    Please fix ASAP

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. We can’t upload the theme manually for you unless we have FTP login details. You can try to install it yourself using a plugin like this though: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/. Upload a fresh copy from your Themeforest account. I see that all plugins are still active on your site, we can try to disable them for you if you give us permission to do so.

    I disabled all the plug-ins and deleted and installed a new vs. of enfold. Nothing changed. If you want to try to disable them and try to fix it, go ahead.

    I need this fixed.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m seeing 403 (forbidden) error message from the server when trying to add images to a Gallery, please see screenshot in private. Could you reach out to your hosting provider to see if they know why the server is responding in that way please? Also please share server logs with us, so that we can have a closer look.

    supposedly they can not recreate the 403. they did loosen up some space. I have asked numerous times for logs but they don’t feel it’s relevant. since they cant see the 403. We have added photos but then they disappear. Please help fix this issue. What else can I do to help.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I checked the test page again, and I can’t see any error messages any more, and the adding/removing of images and preview are working as they should now. Could you verify that behaviour on your end as well please?
