Thanks for the update. I would suggest that you try what @guenni007 wrote above. You could also try to rename the plugins folder, in order to deactivate all plugins.

Thanks for that. I’m getting a 403 error on the login page though, could you let us know where we are allowed to login from please? If you could turn that off until we have checked your site, then that would be great.

I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.1.2) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.0 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

The theme doesn’t control that, it’s likely removed automatically by your hosting provider. Please try reaching out to them directly.

Please try to go through the documentation again, we can’t generate a token for you unfortunately.
Disappering content is not related to the token, it’s likely due to open html markup in your content. If you should need further help with that, then let us know here.

The screenshot I posted is from Chrome, so I don’t think it’s a general problem. It’s likely that it’s local on your end. Please try clearing all caches and restat the browser, to see if that helps.

I didn’t do anything, but when this happens, the problem elements are usually the ones that disappear. Simply adding your content back will work as expected after that.
I saw markup in most of your content, like bold content:
<strong>This text is bold</strong>That is what I’m referring to. Just be mindful to close any tag that you might add in the future.

Thanks for that. I see that some of your content did disappear, but adding it again works without any problems. That means the problem was likely in the content that disappeared. Could you try adding it again please? Be sure to close all html tags that you might open.
