Thanks for that. I can’t find anything of use in those logs unfortunately, there are no references of server errors or errors related to any theme files. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider for further clarification as to why the server is returning a 500 internal server error please?

I can’t tell you exactly how that plugin works unfortunately, but maybe there’s an alternative to create a new image size which you can use on the frontend? You might want to reach out to the plugin developers if you should need further help with it.

Hi,

The PHP ZipArchive Extension is turned off on your installation, please try to enable it. Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that. You will probably want to update your PHP version at the same time, to 8.0 for example.

The Google Drive link you posted is still restricted, so we can’t access the files. You can easily check the link yourself to make sure that it’s accessible without being logged in to the account which owns them.

Thanks for the login details and video. I tried deactivating all plugins first of all, but some are network activated, and it seems like our account cannot access the full network. Could you give us full access, and is it ok if we deactivate all plugins on the network for testing purposes?

Is that menu generated by a plugin? If so, then please try reaching out to the plugin developers first of all. I checked your mobile menu on mobile emulation in Chrome, but it works fine there.
