Hey bokomediainc,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try to activate the parent theme, and deactivate all plugins temporarily. Also make sure that all caching is disabled, or try to deactivate your caching plugin.
Best regards,

Thanks for the clarification. The server is responding with a 400 error message on the file in private when trying to save the theme option. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see why that is please? If you need further help from us, then please share server error logs.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can change the main font size under Enfold->General Styling->Typography. Sub level links can be set under Enfold->Advanced Styling.
You can add a link like this in the copyright field:
<a href="https://link.to/site">Link text</a>Best regards,

RikardHey Thomas,
Thanks for reaching out to us. That is a one time cost, there are no monthly costs for a theme license.

RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
.toggle_icon span { border-color: red; }If your CSS is working as it should, then I don’t see any problem with using it.

RikardHey sarthakchoudhary,
Your site is not loading. Please let us know when it’s accessible again, and point out the elements you are having problems with. Also let us know which settings you have made.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
There’s nothing in the theme which would show different results depending on if you are logged in or not, so chances are there is still active caching on your site. You can set up a new installation in order to verify that for example.
I can’t reproduce the problem on my test installations, and we’ve had no reports of this being a problem for other users either.

Which version are you running? If it’s not 5.4, then please try updating to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you need to purchase a new license, then you can do so here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
Best regards,
RikardHey aboderc,
Please try this CSS, and replace the 1024 value with your preferred pixel value:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your license, or if you can’t get it, then you would have to purchase a new license. If you have already bought a new license, then you will have to register it and use the token generated in the theme options.
Best regards,
RikardHey blinkmm,

RikardFebruary 8, 2023 at 6:48 pm in reply to: column width of the submenu items in the mobile menu #1397216Hi,
This CSS is causing that to happen:
ul.sub-menu { width: 300px !important; }It can’t see where it’s coming from though, since you are using Autoptimize. If you know where it’s added, then please wrap it in a media query:
@media only screen and (min-width: 989px) { Your code goes here }Best regards,

RikardHey daves1997,
It does that because you are using full width elements at the top, try using a 1/1 element as the container instead of Color Sections.
