Thanks for the update. We don’t support the Elementor plugin, since we have our own layout builder. There might be an easy fix to your problem, but it’s impossible for us to know unless you provide us with a link to where we can actually see it.

I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.4.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.4.1 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

No, we haven’t heard of this being a problem before. If we can’t even see or login to your site, then it will be difficult to help you out. Restoring a backup would likely be a good place to start in your situation. Are you hosting your site with WordPress?

We are not able to debug third party plugins which we have no experience with or support for unfortunately. Maybe there’s an alternative plugin you could use, or maybe the plugin developers could help you out further?

Please try adding the class to the custom class field in the element, then add the actual CSS to Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling.

I understand, but that code isn’t added by default. In order to help you out, we would have to start somewhere. The likely problem is the code in the copyright field. Did you try removing it, then add the content and links in bit by bit? If not, then please try that out first of all.
You could also try activating the parent theme, and deactivate all plugins, in order to exclude any external problems.

Do you mean that you want different content based on geographic location? If so, then there’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. You might be able to find third party code or a plugin which would implement that kind of functionality for you though.
