Hi,
Thanks for that, so you are using a plugin for that? If so then we need to inspect the actual element, a screenshot doesn’t help much I’m afraid. Could you post a link to a page where we can inspect the actual element please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Adding this CSS should fix that I think, please try it out:
#mobile-advanced { display:none !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, if you can’t get it to work from the WordPress backend, then please try to update manually via FTP. You will find an instructional video on the link I sent if you don’t know how to do that.
Best regards,
RikardHi Clifford,
Great, glad you got it working :-)
Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
Sorry for that, rearranging already activate plugins is working, but adding new ones it not. I tried deactivating the active plugins but that didn’t resolve the problem either.
Could you try reinstalling WordPress to see if that helps (see private)? If not then please try activating one of the default WordPress themes to see if the problem goes away.
Best regards,
RikardHi Allen,
We will need to be able to see the problem on the actual site to be able to help you out. You can post the link in private if you like.

RikardHey Imaginacomm,
When selecting the image from the Media library, you will get an option on the right hand side of the screen called ATTACHMENT DISPLAY SETTINGS, did you check the resolution you have selected there?

RikardHey James,
Which version of PHP are you running on the site? To avoid things like these in the future you should perform all updates on a staging version of the site first. If you should need help maintaining your site then I can recommend a service to help you out with that.
Best regards,
RikardHey Deanna,
Which version of PHP are you running on the server? Also, you should always perform updates on a staging server first to avoid things like these on your production sites. If you should need help maintaining your sites then I can recommend a service like SteadyWP.

I can’t see that happening on my end using Chrome, did you try clearing your browser cache and reload the page?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, though I’m not sure exactly what you are trying to add which is not saving? I tried editing the bottom text block on the page in private and that worked without any problems. I added the word “edit” in a paragraph.

RikardHey payet,
Thanks for reaching out. Did you check the logs on your server to see why it’s throwing that error?
Best regards,
RikardHey Debby Rijvers,
Thanks for reaching out. You can download the latest version of the theme on your Themeforest account, the place where you bought the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, would you be able to run an alternative plugin for your SEO?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The PHP version you are using is very old, running WordPress requires minimum 5.6. Could you try updating the PHP version to that or higher please?
Best regards,
RikardHey czar,
Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?

RikardJanuary 21, 2018 at 7:30 am in reply to: Enfold 4.2 update caused missing Mobile menu (Plugin issue) #900282Hey Colin,
I wouldn’t recommend going back to 3.1 since that is very old. Do you really have to use that plugin? There are other ways of creating multiple menus, maybe you could try using widgets instead?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, do you know the exact version of PHP 7 you were running? If it’s 7.2 then we have had problems with that, 7.1 should work though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, on which page can we see the problem?

RikardHey Paul,
Thanks for contacting us. You can purchase Enfold here: themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. I’m not sure what Assets is though, I think that is something custom to your friends site?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Updating to PHP 7 or 7.1 should likely fix your problems, please let us know if you should need any further help from us.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that, you are using an old version of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.1) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, I got an error as well, but I don’t think this is down to which theme you are running since that is core WordPress functionality. The error message I got was that the process exceeded the max execution time, that should be able to be adjusted on your server by your hosting provider.
Best regards,
