You can start a new thread by navigating to a sub-forum, like Enfold. There you will see a big blue button above the topics, which reads Can’t find a solution to your problem? Open a new thread.

Hey boufon,

You can wrap your text in a span with a class, something like this:
```
<span class="my-class">your text here</span>
```
Then add this to Quick CSS to apply a different colour to it on mobile devices:
```
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
  span.my-class {
    color:red;
  }
}
```

Hey Claudia Gruber,

Please register on the support forum for technical support.

For your problem; you could try to delete the entire theme folder then upload a fresh copy of the theme via FTP as well to see if that helps.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean by that, was the theme deleted from the server? If so then your hosting provider should be able to help you with restoring the site from a backup.

I’m not sure what you mean by socket colour on top and bottom only, could you try to explain a bit further? If you have a screenshot highlighting your intentions then it will make it easier for us to understand what you are looking to achieve.

As for your problem; like Victoria stated, the link you posted results in a 404 on desktop as well so it likely means that you have the wrong URL in your menu item. Could you check that first please?

I think it will be hard to help you out since we can’t reproduce the error. Both me and Basilis are seeing the same thing on your own installation, which indicates that the problem is local. Could you link to the backend of the page where you got your screenshot from just to make sure?
