Hi Barbara,
Can we ask for ftp access as well? for the stage site only, so we can try to enable error logging and check on the issue further.
Just post the credentials in private content.Best regards,
NikkoHi Dizasta,
Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top.page-id-1142 #after_section_2 .avia-icon-list.avia-icon-list-left li { min-height: 170px; } #top.page-id-1142 #av_section_3 .iconbox_content { min-height: 300px; }
Best regards,
NikkoHi paddlej,
Glad to hear that :)
Feel free to create a new thread if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoDecember 18, 2018 at 12:05 am in reply to: Blog: Share Buttons show and hide in individual posts #1046640Hey Hans,
You’ll probably need to use some css codes and put it in Quick CSS.
You can give us links to your site and what social share buttons you want to hide on those pages, and we’ll try to give you some css codes that should hide it in specific pages.Best regards,
NikkoHey graphicsplus,
Can you give us a link to your site? especially the page you’re referring, so we can check further.
You can post the link in private content, if you only want it to be seen by moderators.Best regards,
NikkoHi Charlotte,
You can paste it after this code (line 51):
<meta charset="<?php bloginfo( 'charset' ); ?>" />
Best regards,
NikkoHi ginnywills,

NikkoHey mediafacto,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I noticed that the 1/5 column on the left of Hey You Welcome! has a 100px padding, which causes that issue.
I have set it to 0 and it looks better now.Best regards,

NikkoHi,
For the token issue, please try to check out this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/envato-private-token-doesnt-work/#post-1023876
As for the builder issue, it might be caused by gutenberg (the new wordpress block editor), wordpress suggested that if you want to use your classic editor and disable gutenberg, just install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
Try to install and activate that plugin and let us know if it helps.Best regards,

NikkoHi gabs01,
For posts that doesn’t have sidebar, the featured image size is 1210 * 423px
If the posts that have sidebar, the featured image size size is 845 * 321px
You can confirm this in functions.php (line 166-167):$avia_config['imgSize']['entry_with_sidebar'] = array('width'=>845, 'height'=>321); $avia_config['imgSize']['entry_without_sidebar']= array('width'=>1210, 'height'=>423 );
