    Hi, I just recently updated WordPress and Enfold to the current version. Now Avia Builder isn’t working. Can you help?

    I’m experiencing the same thing, although it believe it may have something to do with the recent wordpress update?

    Hi,

    For the token issue, please try to check out this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/envato-private-token-doesnt-work/#post-1023876
    As for the builder issue, it might be caused by gutenberg (the new wordpress block editor), wordpress suggested that if you want to use your classic editor and disable gutenberg, just install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
    Try to install and activate that plugin and let us know if it helps.

    I apologize for the delayed response since the amount of queue is flooding with the changes in WP 5.0.
    I tried to login to your site using the credentials you gave to check if there are js errors in the web console however it doesn’t work, please check.

    Hi Nikko,

    Sorry for the delay. This still isn’t working and I’d love some help. One of our guys disabled your log in credentials but it’s back and active. I would love some help ASAP as we need to build new pages right now and have some hard deadlines. I’ll have to switch to a different theme if we can’t figure this out. Thanks!

    Hi antiooftah,

    Thanks for the update and sorry for the problem, could you try to disable Gutenberg manually using this in your functions.php file please?

    // disable for posts
add_filter('use_block_editor_for_post', '__return_false', 10);

// disable for post types
add_filter('use_block_editor_for_post_type', '__return_false', 10);

    I tried adding it but it looks like it needs to be added via FTP.
