Hey shihanze,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
  ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

The most likely reason why that happened is because of cache, the old js files were fetched but after you refreshed the browser (or if you cleared browser cache) it fetched newer js files that fixed the issue.

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I tried doing manual import but it returns 500 Internal Server Error
Can you try to check if there’s some error_log that shows any information regarding the error?
Also, try to increase the PHP time limit from 120 to 240 then Max input time to 300?

Hey Maximilian,

When experiencing a lot of failed transfers, the common issue is connectivity whether on your side or the server.
I suggest updating via Theme Options in Enfold > Theme Updates.
Please set the following permissions to your token:
- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item
- List purchases you’ve made

I could see this error in Enfold > Theme Updates:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
- Purchases could not be accessed
- Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
- E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Please make sure the token has the following permissions:
- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item
- List purchases you’ve made

Hi cz,

WordPress 5.5 has removed the jQuery migrate file, to temporarily fix this, please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
That should fix the missing theme options menu, and you should be able to update to the latest version of Enfold via Enfold > Theme Updates.
The latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.3) has already patched those issues, once you have updated to the latest version you won’t need that plugin anymore unless some plugins need the jquery migrate file.

As for the downloaded zip file from Themeforest, you will need to unzip it then it should generate a folder of the same name, just look for the enfold folder then zip it, and you should be able to use it to upload in Appearance > Themes (this won’t be needed if you can update via theme options)

When you update the Theme even if you are using a Child theme, only the Enfold theme (parent) will be updated.
The child theme won’t be updated so any tweaks in there will be safe.
