    Hi guys,

    Tried to update Enfold via FTP FIlezilla.
    I have downloaded the new zip from Theme forest, entziped it, logged into the server and dropped the new enfold folder from the left into the theme folder on the right side.
    The problem is that all files are shown as failed transfers.

    What could be the problem?

    Hey Maximilian,

    When experiencing a lot of failed transfers, the common issue is connectivity whether on your side or the server.
    I suggest updating via Theme Options in Enfold > Theme Updates.
    Please set the following permissions to your token:

    • View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
    • View your Envato account username
    • View your email address
    • View your account profile details
    • Download your purchased items
    • Verify purchases of your item
    • List purchases you’ve made

    Hi Nikko,

    I generated a new token and tried to update via Theme Options in Enfold > Theme Updates again.
    Guess the token was expired..
