Topic: Page Widget In Footer
Hi There, I am totally new to WordPress but have downloaded Enfold – looks great – however I seem to have a Pages Widget stuck in the footer that I can’t remove. It makes the footer quite long and am not sure how to fix this. There probably is an easy way that I don’t know of so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Mark
Topic: Errors in Enfold Admin pages
I am occasionally getting the following errors from the Enfold admin screen. They appear at the top of the page, just below the WordPress bar.

Hi,
there is an unwanted horizontal line at e.g. http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/post-slider/
I think it is caused by the “Special Heading” item.
If I switch from “Default Style” to “Quote Style” its gone.

Topic: remove page tittle in enfold
hello
is there a way to remove page title?
:)
Enfold introduces a new template builder and many new text strings. If you want to translate Enfold (or if you’ve already started to translate it) please share your work with the other users. It’s a win-win situation for everyone because
1) we’ll include your translation in the next theme update and you don’t need to take care of it when you update the theme folder
2) other users can suggest improvements and check your translation (spelling errors, typos, etc.)
3) Other users can work on unfinished translations if you don’t want to translate all strings
4) other users don’t need to translate the same text strings over and over againI uploaded the latest version of enfold.pot here: http://www.mediafire.com/?3d6hhhxy3dihf1z
Please use Poedit: http://www.poedit.net/ or http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/codestyling-localization/ to translate it and save it with the right language identification code (i.e. German users must use de_DE and Poedit will generate a de_DE.po and de_DE.mo file. A list of all languages can be found here: http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language ). You need to upload the mo & po files into the wp-content/themes/enfold/lang/ folder.
You can use http://mediafire.com/ or any other hoster to upload the po & mo files. Then post a link to these files in this thread.
I don’t expect “perfect translation files” which translate 100% of all text strings, etc – please share your files even if they just translate parts of the theme because other users can use these “unfinished” files as a starting point for their translations and can submit the finished version, etc.
Edit: If you would like to receive beta versions for translating in advance, please share your email in private content field and let us know that you would like to receive beta versions. Thanks!
Hi,
the permanent link on blog pages is linking a blog post instead a category, achive or tag
e.g.: on http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/category/frontpage-article/ the permanent link/title shows “Archive for category: Frontpage Article” but is linked to http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/2012/12/12/lorem-ipsum-dolor-sit-amet-consectetuer-adipiscing-elit-aenean-commodo-ligula-eget-dolor-aenean-massa/

Topic: Enfold child theme
I’m probably missing something obvious, but…
I’m trying to use a child theme with Enfold. I successfully activated my child theme, but the css I’m adding to it isn’t recognized. Even brute force like using “!important” doesn’t help. What am I doing wrong?
Using the custom.css file works fine, but I like the flexibility and portability of a child theme.
Cheers,
Sander
