    Good Afternoon,

    For some reason the slider is not transitioning in the different web browsers when you go to the actual page. It is showing up in the PREVIEW mode in the dashboard, so I don’t know what is going on. Any help?

    Which slider is it? In what kind of layout as well? If you can provide a link and a bit more detail we can move forward with some possible fixes.

    Thanks Devin! It’s the Layer Slider in the enfold theme. It’s at test.pacificwestpg.com. It’s your slider and I’m changing photos rather than recreate. Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    It is working fine on my end. I can see the slider transition. You might want to edit the Layers Container width on LayerSlider WP > Slides > Global Settings > Basic > Layers Container, specify a certain width. 1024px is good.

    Hey Ismael,

    I’m sorry, let me clarify a little more. It does transition if I click on it to transition. However, it’s not transitioning automatically. I’ve tried it on multiple browsers and on multiple computers.

    Hi George,

    After opening that slideshow go to the Global Settings tab and then scroll down to Slideshow. The first option needs to be set to be on (the green should show). It has the description “If enabled, slideshow will automatically start after loading the page.”.
