Bundled version of LayerSlider only works fullwidth therefore it is not possible to insert two Layer Sliders side by side. Did you try using Easy Slider element under Media Elements tab of Advanced Layout Builder? :)

I upgraded PHP version to 7.2.1 on my local installation however i could not reproduce the issue.
If you do not mind, please create a testing installation – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and try upgrading PHP version there once again. If you still experience the same issues, please post login credentials here privately so we can look into it :)

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Bundled LayerSlider’s update notifications were disabled already however not really sure why it is not working as expected. It is possible to disable update notifications on WP but apparently, we need to find a different solution for bundled plugins. We are going to report it to our devs and look further into it.
In the meantime, since you have a separate license for LayerSlider, could you please try going to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder and choose to remove plugin files and keep slides – https://i.imgur.com/gZW31yZ.png ? :)

I was editing my post but then decide to update to page to avoid posting simultaneously again and you noticed too..ESP!!
If my hotfix works for you, i can apply the same changes on your production site as well but i am pretty sure our devs will come up with a better solution. So depending on your decision, you can wait for 4.2.3 or update to 4.2.2 and we apply the hotfix to main site.Best regards,

I actually work on Mac but i have not noticed such issues. Could she be using an older version of Chrome or macOS maybe? Chrome had such issues and i used to see them even on Youtube but i think it’s fixed already.
Sorry, forgot to update you here. We made a detailed report to our devs yesterday about this issue and shared this thread as reference. Issue seems to be JavaScript related and since JS is not my strongest suit, i could not fix it myself but hopefully our devs will :)

We are in touch with Toolset team. We applied necessary changes and currently they are testing it on their side. However if you guys are using Enfold 4.2.2 and still having issues, then clearly something is wrong.

First of all, thank you all for your patience. We are aware how unpleasant this issues can be. We are sorry for the inconvenience this issues have caused.
We have spent final half of 2017 making future plans, discussing about ideas. We have invested so much time into thinking and now we have started applying those changes and plans. While this may take a little while to be effective, we are hoping to have everything in right order soon. I agree, talk is cheap but please allows a little more time to prove :)
Even though our goal is to release updates every week during this series of small updates, depending on the progress, we might skip a week. To keep you guys updated, we placed “NEXT UPDATE” section to forum sidebar. ETA for Enfold 4.2.3 is first week of February.
Rob, yes, we all work remotely to keep the forum running to help all users, no matter what time zone they are in :)
We made a detailed report regarding video slider issues for our devs yesterday. We will go through open threads and check if there is anything we have missed and come back with rock solid results :)

It seems like you have not created your menu yet. Please go to Appearance > Menus and create your main menu – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide and make sure to check “Enfold main menu” under Menu Settings.
Also, please consider updating Enfold to the latest version 4.2.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. You can review the changes on our change log – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enfold-changelog/

I replaced functions.php file with yours on a child theme on my local installation and tried adding custom class to elements and they are working fine for me. Attached a screenshot in private content field.
Does that happen on certain elements on your end? Also, could you please try de-activating all active plugins just so we could rule out plugin conflict possibility?

I went to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images and changed “Thumbnail width” to 120 and set “Thumbnail cropping” to 1:1. Then i removed following custom CSS code as it was no longer necessary

Please firstly make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.2.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If that does not help, please try de-activating JS optimization in Autoptimize plugin and flush cache and check if that helps. If it does not either, please post temporary WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.
