Hi,

This was brought up recently and Kriesi said that he is keeping an eye on EU General Data Protection Regulation since it does affect Kriesi Media too. I believe some of those changes should be implemented in WordPress/WooCommerce updates however we will make necessary changes to the theme before deadline as well :)

After making changes on your website, please make sure to clear cache in WP Rocket settings and also hard refresh your browser cache – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

I also see that Enfold theme options is broken. That seems to be related to redirects you made for SSL. Please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can look into it.

Hey Deanna,

I tried decreasing window size on browser as small as i can but i still could not reproduce the issue. I am afraid, those devices or browser versions they are using might be too old to support.
I noticed you are using Enfold 4.2 on the site though. You could try updating the theme to 4.2.4 and that may help – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Yes, you can install the child theme – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/. I believe issue was related to your PHP version and when your hosting provider upgraded it, problem solved.

Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush cache in WP Super Cache plugin.

If that too does not help, please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it :)

You can inspect elements to find your widget’s ID and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling to disable image overlay

#your-widget-id .image-overlay { display: none !important; }

Please copy enfold/comments.php file to your child theme – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and then edit comments.php file on your child theme and change strings as needed :)

Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
