I checked it on several websites. And when I restored a backup to 4.2.3 the “Headline Rotator” worked again. Tested on Chrome and Edge
I do not have a caching plugin – I disabled all plugins – and even tetsed the Headline Rotator on different Enfold installs at different hosters… same issue everywhereFebruary 22, 2018 at 1:50 pm #916042
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well if you do not mind? :)

Thanks! Could you also switch the user role of WP account you created for us to “administrator” please? :)

The file in question is: https://www.consul-tim.be/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/avia-footer-scripts-51bd723933befe683d1d5abe554ef146.js?ver=4.9.4
I double checked it an even if I create a new js and css file by hand the css file is accessible and the js is not:
So since the account you created for us does not (yet) have access to the full administration panel, especially to plugins, I would recommend to disable any security plugins to check if that solves the issue. Of course this is only a temporary solution, but if this is indeed the source of the problem we know which plugin is causing the issue and will be able to test with a similar setup and try to find a workaround ;)

Small update: I found a workaround and already applied it to your server. the theme should work fine now, however, as long as the JS file can not be loaded the theme will fallback on not generating an improved version of those files, so you loose a little bit of optimisation.February 23, 2018 at 10:00 am #916566February 23, 2018 at 3:00 pm #916721
