Hi,

Issue occurs on PHP versions older than 5.6. I have replaced header.php file with the one our devs modified to make it compatible with older PHP versions as well. We would still recommend you to upgrade PHP version to 7.x.

Hi,

I deactivated all plugins by remanimg plugins folder inside wp-content folder to old-plugin and that helped. Please activate your plugins one by one to find the culprit :)

I attached a copy of Enfold 4.2.2 in private content field but we would rather fix the issue :)

Please make sure your PHP version is minimum 5.6 which is recommended minimum version for WordPress. Enfold is compatible up to 7.x and we would recommend you to upgrade to 7.x. You can contact your hosting provider and they can upgrade it for you.
If that does not help, could you please post FTP and WP admin logins in private content field so we can look into it?

Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/ and only add anchor links to menu item and not full links. Since you are not using a single page layout, you can use this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/zen-menu-logic/ and choose to display different menu on your homepage (with only anchor links) and initial menu could stay with full links, otherwise they will not work if you are not on the homepage.
