Hey,
Optimus plugin does not seem to be compatible with your PHP version which is 5.3. Please upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x and then install Optimus plugin :)
Best regards,
YigitHey,
We have corrected your email and regenerated your password.
You can start threads under Enfold sub forum after logging in :)Best regards,
YigitHi Julie,
I am sorry for my late reply. I have been trying to figure out what exactly is causing the issue but unfortunately i could not figure it out yet.
I am thinking 60 second timeout set on WPEngine might be causing the issue. I tried disabling merging and compression of files but that did not help either.I will pass the thread to our devs.
Regards,
YigitHi,
You are currently using an older version of Enfold. Please update it to the latest version 4.4.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold

We are still supporting some of our themes that were released even more than 5 years ago and since Enfold is the most popular theme we have ever created, we will continue improving and supporting it. We cannot really tell how long we will be supporting it but definitely more than 5 years :)
Cheers!
YigitHey Joe,
Thanks for contacting us!
Even though we have not tested the plugin with Enfold and cannot guarantee it would work correctly, with a quick forum search it seem like there are some users using Event Espresso plugin with Enfold. Enfold is fully compatible with The Event Calendar and Events Calendar Pro too in case you would consider one of them.
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions :)
Best regards,
YigitHi,
You could try using JetPack’s comment form where your visitors could post comments using their social profiles.

YigitJune 6, 2018 at 8:12 pm in reply to: Update unavailable for one site and available for others #968037Hey Luc,
Please try a WordPress transients cleaner plugin if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key in the theme settings is correct under Enfold > Theme Update.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually via FTP.
Unfortunately, not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto-update feature provided by ThemeForest

I edited your Tab Section element and chose to display tabs above. Please review your website.
Best regards,
YigitHey,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
CSS Snippet:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) and (min-width: 767px) { div .av_one_fourth.flex_cell { display: block; width: 50%; float: left; }}Best regards,
YigitHi,
Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#add-elements-to-alb
Best regards,
YigitHi Emily,
Thanks for contacting us!
We would recommend Enfold which is also compatible with The Events Calendar plugin. Incarnation does not use Advanced Layout Builder. It too has a template builder but it is not advanced as ALB :)
I hope that helps with your decision! Let us know if you have any other questions :)
Best regards,
YigitHi,

YigitHi,
Please copy fresh enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/iconbox/iconbox.php file and replace it with the one you have in your child theme “shortcodes/iconbox.php” and apply your modifications on updated file once again.

YigitHi Ryan,
Everything seems normal on my end as well. Perhaps we are not the same page. Could you please let us know how to reproduce the issue step by step so we are clear? Thanks!

YigitHi,
Where would you like to display extra light(200)? Currently paragraphs are “light”(300) as you have following code in Style.css file of your child theme
p{ font-family: 'Titillium Web', sans-serif !important; font-weight: 300; font-size: 18px !important; color: #666666 !important; line-height: 26px !important; }Please go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder and check “Show element options for developers” and then edit your text block element in which you would like to display your extra light text and give it a custom CSS class (“my-custom-class” in example below) and then add following code to Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab
.my-custom-class p{ font-weight: 200; }Best regards,
YigitHi,
