Optimizing waiting time on domain request

Hey guys, wondering if you have any tips on how better speed up this website.

I am seeing a couple things:

I have a half a second waiting time on my domain request, which means un-optimized or bloated scripts waiting to load before the dom content can start loading: https://prnt.sc/jrleje

And my video, while it has been optimized significantly, is taking too much time to load at the end of loading time.

Any recommendations on how best to optimize Javascript functions that wait for page to load (on document ready) to execute?
