Hi,

You can login on ThemeForest with the account you purchased Enfold and you can still download it from Downloads page of your account on ThemeForest.

You are using Enfold 3.1.5 which is a very old version. You are probably having compatibility issues which would be fixed once you update the theme – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
But again, to update the theme and to receive full support, you would need an access to ThemeForest account that you used to purchase the theme.

Hi,

There is no need to get angry if a customization provided in documentation does not work. We are trying to help but, I find your behaviour towards us and your theme review on ThemeForest rather offensive.
We do understand your case might be urgent but please do understand that there are also other users whose cases might be as urgent as yours.

That being said, since the solution works for others, there should be an issue with your installation, maybe error in your custom CSS. We need to inspect more to find out why customization is not working. So please post temporary admin logins as i asked above so we can look into it.

Hi,

That is because of format-detection meta tag – http://www.html-5.com/metatags/format-detection-meta-tag.html

Please try adding following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor

function avia_turn_off_detection(){

Hi,

FTP logins did not work for me. Could you please check them once again?

I tried editing functions.php file in Appearance > Editor but i am getting “Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.” error.
